SERPA OVER CUPPA

What can be more exciting than meeting like-minded people over a cup of coffee and spending time chatting away? Our very first SERPA Over Cuppa was started off with a Case Study and really hot cups of coffee / tea at a coffee shop in Koramangala, Bangalore. Ms. Pavithra share a case study covering the details of the challenges and the work done with the child over the years. This was followed by discussions by participants.This informal gathering and exchange of ideas was attended by 27 members and was really a one of a kind experience.
International Wheelchair Rally

The SERPA community literally took to the roads our drive to see an inclusive society. The International Wheel chair rally was held at Cubbon Park, Bangalore on 1st March 2020. The rally was flagged off by Ms. Malathy Hola and was attended by more that 350 people from across Bangalore.The objective of the rally was to create awareness of the lack of infrastructure and facilities and the distance we need to go as a community to get that in place. The event received a lot of press coverage from various media houses and we hope more people took notice of the same.
SERPA OVER CUPPA

The second SOC of SERPA was held at Basvangudi, Bangalore with a case study that was presented to the participants by Ms. Kalpana. This was followed by a discussion on NIOS. This informal gathering saw 27 participants. And of course with lots of Coffee!
